Paper Hands - Paper Metadata rule puts a stop on paper hands controlling the floor by discouraging trades below floor price, resulting in steady increase of the floor price. We render listed NFTs metadata completely useless below current floor and revives it when there is a consensus among all holders listing, if NFT is bought with dead metadata it never comes back to life, as it can only be revived by original owner who listed it under floor by listing above, here is how it works:
